It is time for SFC's annual dog show! It is officially open to the public, and entries are now being accepted. I've changed the rules a bit from last year, so make sure to read through them again.
Rules:
-5 entries maximum per person per class
-400 pixels max on either side
-Any model/make is allowed, as long as it is a stand-alone dog (with the exception of the Mother class--statues of mothers nursing pups are allowed)
"Show" Classes:
Toy Group
Herding Group
Hound Group
Sporting Group
Terrier Group
Non-Sporting Group
Working Group
If you need help figuring out which group your dog goes into, please visit www.akc.org/breeds/ and check out the Breeds By Group link on the left side. If you have a dog that falls under AKC's Miscellanous group, please put it under the Non-Sporting Group.
"Performance" Classes
Herding- these should ideally have the animal being herded in the photo as well
Obedience- must have handler in photo. Please note in the description box below the photo what command the dog is performing
Hunting/ Field Work- ideally, dog should be tracking, pointing, or burrowing (if a terrier type)
Agility- obstable required in photo
Stud-- picture must contain father dog and at least one pup
Mother-- picture must contain mother dog and at least one pup
Submissions should be made to SFC's photobucket account
